● Auto tension-less feeding fabric and speed synchronization

With electric eye and unique mechanical and electrical device combination (feeding and re-winding roller both controlled by motor)，for making fabric feeding, delivery and re-winding synchronous, which makes high elastic fabric to avoid be elongated or transformed.

● Fabric edge alignment controlling for re-rolling fabric

Infrared ray edge alignment system, error 5mm.

● Spreading fabric system

With two sets of fabric spreading roller system, remove fabric wrinkle (for knitted fabric).

● Accurate Length Counting

Equipped with high precision digital counter, can switch meter/ yard(default:m), counting error: ±0.5%, precision 0.01mm.

● Clear view for fabric inspection

● Humanized operation, support re-inspection(Forward and reverse)

Winding main shaft can rotate forward or reversely to facilitate fabric inspection. Equipped with foot pedal to control, easy to operate.

As per different fabric rolling requirement, it can perform tensed or relaxed rolling through tension adjustment switch. Equipped with imported frequency converter makes the speed of inspection be controlled flexibly.
