Do you know how the steam boiler works?
The popular name of steam generator is also called steam boiler, which is a kind of equipment that generates steam. The principle of the steam generator is to use fuel or other energy sources to heat water into steam for the steam needs of clothing, food, industry and other industries.
However, very few friends will understand its working principle. Familiarity with and flexible mastery of the steam generator principle will greatly help its use and efficiency improvement: the steam generator is mainly composed of a water supply system, an automatic control system, a furnace and a heating system. system and security protection system.
Its basic working principle is: through a set of automatic control devices, it is ensured that the liquid controller or high, medium and low electrode probe feedback controls the opening and closing of the water pump, the length of water supply, and the heating time of the furnace during operation; The set steam pressure is continuously output with steam, and the water level of the furnace is continuously reduced. When it is at a low water level (mechanical type) or a medium water level (electronic type), the water pump will automatically replenish water, and when it reaches a high water level, the water pump will stop replenishing water; At the same time, the electric heating tube in the furnace continues to heat, and steam is continuously generated. The pointer pressure gauge on the panel or on the top will immediately display the steam pressure value, and the whole process can be automatically displayed by the indicator light. At the same time, the steam generator is in the water vapor system. The feed water is heated to a certain temperature in the heater, enters the economizer through the feed water pipe, is sent to the drum after further heating, mixes with the pot water, and then goes down the downcomer to the inlet header of the water wall. The water absorbs the radiant heat of the furnace in the water-cooled wall tube to form a steam-water mixture through the riser tube and reaches the drum, and the steam-water separation device separates the water and steam.
The separated saturated steam flows from the upper part of the drum to the superheater of the steam engine, and continues to absorb heat to become superheated steam at 450°C, and then sent to the steam turbine. In terms of combustion and flue gas system, the blower sends air into the air preheater to be heated to a certain temperature. The coal powder that is ground into a certain fineness in the coal mill is carried by a part of the hot air from the air preheater and sprayed into the furnace through the burner.
The mixture of pulverized coal and air ejected from the burner is mixed with the rest of the hot air in the furnace and burned, releasing a lot of heat. The hot flue gas after combustion flows through the furnace, slag tube bundle, superheater, economizer and air preheater in sequence, and then passes through the dust removal device to remove the fly ash, and is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan to be discharged to the atmosphere.
